1.  Burn Fat with Physical Activity Now.

Protein jumpstarts your metabolism, good fats stabilize blood sugar, and fiber helps gets rid of waste in your system. Include protein in your breakfast, and you will be more satisfied.  An ideal breakfast would be something like 2 organic, cage-f*ree eggs, 1/2 an avocado, and some fruit.  You have protein, good fat, and fiber in that meal.  It’s a perfectly balanced breakfast, and a power breakfast, for sure.

So for example, instead of having 1 cup of ice cream, have 1/2 a cup of ice cream and 1/2 cup of sliced strawberries.  Just an idea for you.  I don’t recommend this at night.  If it’s the weekend, and you want a treat — then really enjoy it because it’s not about deprivation.  Monday, however, get back to living healthy and loving it!
