Flush Fat Fast with Asparagus
Asparagus is a wonderful fat flusher! It has a duo of nutrients in it that flush belly-bloating water weight and fat-trapping toxins. Asparagus also has a type of “Pre-biotic” in it that feed good bacteria in your gut to promote weight loss.
Prebiotics and Probiotics: Prebiotics and probiotics can restore the balance of bacteria in your digestive tract. Probiotics are beneficial bacteria that can be found in various foods. When you eat probiotics, you will add these healthy bacteria to your intestinal tract. Prebiotics are non-digestible foods that make their way through our digestive system and help good bacteria grow and flourish. Prebiotics keep beneficial bacteria healthy.
So use asparagus in your dishes frequently. Steamed, grilled or even fresh (cold) is great! Mix with some garlic and olive oil and sprinkle lemon juice on top. Add a pinch of sea salt and pepper and wow ~ delish!
